I'm an urban designer with over 20 years of experience, the last 15 here in California. I work with city planners, private developers, non-profits, and institutions. Together we test potential sites and building designs through development capacity studies, zoning analyses, placemaking vignettes, and conceptual designs. I believe urban design together with city planning is vital to establish and maintain a vision for growth while providing citizens a well-designed livable built environment.
