Development Capacity Studies

Capacity studies have proven to be a valuable first stage in any development project and can quickly get a project moving forward. Each study typically includes a site zoning summary, site opportunities and constraints, and conceptual testing of a project's program needs. Site plans, floor plans, building sections, 3D building models, and 3D site context models are all tools I use to illustrate a project's potential at varying levels of detail as shown below.
